Soluble fish protein isolate can be isolated from fish meal processing side streams, e.g. press water. Upfront has developed capture process that provides fish protein isolate with a protein content of 98 % on dry matter basis! This capture process can be utilised to produce high-value protein product for both food ingredients applications and feed applications.
